As a medical doctor with an academic pedigree, Kim is now leading ArcGen Pro to address critical gaps in vector control while tackling emerging challenges in agricultural pest management. Her vision is grounded in harnessing the power of semiochemicals to influence pest and vector behavior effectively and sustainably.

Kim has also outlined strategic partnerships for ArcGen Pro with ISCA Inc., De Sangosse, LIPHATECH Inc., and other global collaborators who are eager to license and commercialize the products ArcGen Pro develops.
